- Available to U.S. customers only. Radios shipped to FlexRadio from outside the United States will be returned at the sender’s expense.
- Full disclosure of condition is required, including whether the radio has been operated or stored in a smoking environment.
- Must be in good working condition. Non-working radios or radios under repair will not be considered for valuation.
- FlexRadio is not responsible for shipping costs, non-delivery, or damage to trade-in items in transit.
- The program is applicable to in-stock, new or previously-loved FLEX-8000 and Aurora series radios, and Maestro products only. It does not apply to accessories or Genius-series products.
- One trade-in radio per new radio purchased. Customers with multiple trade items may wish to contact MTC Radio (Paris, TX) for consideration.
- All sales and trades are final. No refunds or returns.
- FlexRadio reserves the right to decline any request for valuation.
- FlexRadio may modify, cancel, or limit the program at any time at its sole discretion.
