If you need to address an issue with FlexRadio products that you do not feel comfortable performing or require assistance installing and configuring qualified third-party software products to operate with SmartSDR for Windows you can purchase a single incident FlexAdvantage remote support service session. This class of technical support service provides up to 30 minutes of dedicated time with a Technical Support Engineer working directly on your PC and radio.
With this service, a dedicated FlexRadio technical support engineer will access your PC or radio remotely via Teamviewer™ to perform in-depth analysis and deploy software, and make appropriate configuration changes to address the issue you are experiencing. And they will work interactively with you as the service is performed.
Please Note: Do not purchase this service without first opening a HelpDesk support ticket to have your issue qualified by a Technical Support Engineer. If FlexAdvantage remote support service is appropriate and is something you desire to persue, you will be instructed by a Technical Support Engineer on how many 30 minute blocks of time to purchase. FlexAdvantage remote support service is not transferable and is not appropriate for certain classes of issues.
There are discounts for purchasing more than one FlexAdvantage – Remote Support (30 min) block of time shown in your cart at the time of purchase.
A qualified Technical Support Engineer will make a best effort to address your issue. However there are some problems that are caused by factors not related to FlexRadio products and software. In these cases, complete resolution of your issue may not be achieved.
