Join us for the annual FlexRadio Systems Hamvention 2025 Banquet.

Instructions:

  1. Log into the FlexRadio Store. If you are having an issue, try a password reset and if you are still not able to login, please email us at flexbanquet@flexradio.com and we will get it sorted out for you. Look for the icon in the top right of the web page.
  2. Select the Correct Day: Start by choosing the dinner event — Thursday or Friday — you wish to attend. Ensure you’re selecting the ticket for the correct day you plan to join us.
  3. Quantity Selection: For each ticket order, please select a quantity of 1. This ensures each ticket can be personalized correctly. Do not order a quantity of more than 1 please.
  4. Personalize Your Ticket: After selecting a ticket, you’ll be prompted to answer a few questions to personalize your dinner experience. Please fill in the following:
    • Name: Enter the name of the person attending.
    • Call Sign: If applicable, please provide your amateur radio call sign.
    • T-Shirt Size: Choose your preferred t-shirt size from the options provided.
    • Dinner Choice: Select your dinner option from the available choices.
  5. Add to Cart: Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, add the ticket to your cart.
  6. Hit “Continue Shopping” to purchase more tickets or “Proceed to Checkout” to purchase your tickets.
    • Repeat for Additional Tickets: If you’re ordering tickets for multiple people, please repeat steps 1-4 for each individual ticket. Remember, order each ticket separately to customize each attendee’s preferences.
    • Click here to order tickets for Thursday.
  7. Review Your Cart: Once you have added all the desired tickets to your cart, take a moment to review your order. Ensure that each ticket has been personalized correctly and corresponds to the right attendee.
  8. Proceed to Checkout: With all tickets in your cart and verified, proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to provide your payment information and complete your purchase.
  9. Confirmation: After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your tickets. Please review this information for accuracy.

Last Call: 7:45pm
Presentations/Awards begin: 8:00pm
Close: 10pm
Menu – Plated dinner: Choice of beef, chicken, or vegetarian.
Please bring your invoice to serve as your ticket.
