Dayton Banquet Ticket 2024 – Friday

Join us for the annual FlexRadio Systems Hamvention 2024 Banquet.

Instructions:

Once you complete your ticket purchase, please go to the following link to provide additional registration data such as meal choice, t-shirt size, etc: Guest Registration.

1. Select the Correct Day: Start by choosing the dinner event (Thursday or Friday) you wish to attend. Ensure you’re selecting the ticket for the correct day you plan to join us.

2. Quantity Selection: For each ticket order, please select a quantity of 1. This ensures each ticket can be personalized correctly. Do not order a quantity of more than 1 please.

3. Personalize Your Ticket: After selecting a ticket, you’ll be prompted to answer a few questions to personalize your dinner experience. Please fill in the following:

• Name: Enter the name of the person attending.
• Call Sign: If applicable, please provide your amateur radio call sign.
• T-Shirt Size: Choose your preferred t-shirt size from the options provided.
• Dinner Choice: Select your dinner option from the available choices.

4. Add to Cart: Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, add the ticket to your cart.

5. Repeat for Additional Tickets: If you’re ordering tickets for multiple people, please repeat steps 1-4 for each individual ticket. The same is true if you are coming on both nights. You will have to add each ticket separately to your cart. Remember, order each ticket separately to customize each attendee’s preferences.

6. Review Your Cart for each ticket:

• Check the Day (Thursday or Friday)
• Food Choice
• T-Shirt Size

7. Proceed to Checkout: With all tickets in your cart and verified, proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to provide your payment information and complete your purchase.

8. Confirmation: After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your tickets. Please review this information for accuracy.

Start-Time: 6pm
Cash Bar Opens: 6pm
Dinner: 7pm
Last Call: 7:45pm
Presentations/Awards begin: 8:00pm
Close: 10pm
Menu – Plated dinner: Choice of beef, chicken, or vegetatian.
Please bring your invoice to serve as your ticket.
